18% GST applicable over the above fee

Early Bird Fee: You have to make the payment within the early bird expiry date, failing which the offer will not be valid. Group Discounts are not applicable on the Early Bird prices.

Regular Fee: You have to make the payment within 15 days of sending your registration or by February 1st, 2024, whichever comes earlier, failing which the offer will not be valid.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is not allowed. One time Substitutions are allowed till jan 25th, 2024 and they must be confirmed in writing

Discounts: Group discounts are applicable as per the group category. Any cancellation will lead to a revision of the ticket price as per the new group category.

Non-transferable Tickets: A single ticket grants access to a single attendee and is strictly non-transferable. Organizers reserve the right to ban participants sharing a single ticket and using the issued pass/badge with someone else's name on it from the current and future events.
